Ablyy’s original fifth-generation high-performance powerful cold leveler integrates over a dozen proprietary technologies, such as an ultra-dense backup roll system with high load capacity, prestressed interlocking frame, load-adjustable side rolls, hydraulic rotary clamping device, and single-roll screw-down mechanism. It introduces the world’s leading 6000-ton class powerful leveler complete equipment, utilizing an intelligent monitoring platform and precise leveling model control alongside a self-learning, self-iterative intelligent leveling expert system to achieve fully automatic, standardized production. This solution efficiently relieves residual stress from rolling and cooling processes, optimizes mechanical property uniformity in steel plates, supports high-strength steel (yield strength ≥690MPa) and special materials (NM series), and improves production line efficiency and finished product rate while enabling the upgrade and replacement of medium/heavy plate levelers.
